So I have put on some weight in the last few months, especially in my stomach area, and I was at the doctor the other day and I picked up Prevention Magazine. I saw this article about this weight loss program called Fit in 10. The idea of it is that you do 10 minutes of exercise each day from the DVD’s and it gives you a calendar of which exercises to do. You are to do this each day or if you miss one day, you can do two 10 minute sessions in one day. The article had some woman featured about how much they have lost in inches and pounds after using the program for 30 days. So, I thought I would try it myself and report to you my progress for the next 30 days. So here we go!!!!
I got this in the mail on Thursday, July 7, 2016. In the envelope, I received a DVD, a work out ball, and a booklet of the program, which also contains some recipes to jump start the program. I really didn’t believe that any exercise program would give you results in 10 minutes but 10 minutes is all that I really have to work out and I really wanted to try it. So, I thought I would go ahead and try this program and report my thoughts to you on a periodic basis and to see what happens after 30 days. At the end of the 30 days, I will give you measurements from the beginning and my measurements at the end.
July 7- Started the program. Work out focus was legs.
July 8- Day 2- work out focus was abs.
July 9- Day 3- Didn’t work out as my abs were killing me from day 2.
This program gives you the option of working at the beginner level, intermediate or advanced. The intermediate and advanced levels incorporate weights, which I don’t have but I am following the beginner level or intermediate level, depending on what the exercises are.
So in closing today, I will say that I purchased the program at full price and Prevention Magazine or its affiliates have no involvement in these blog posts. These are my true experiences with the program, and I will see you next week with an update!!!!!!!
